Our history

After working with a number of food-industry professionals, we've seen how frustrating it feels for them to have a great cookbook idea, but not quite know how to pull it off.

That's why we launched The Cookbook Creative in May 2021. The company may be young, but you can lean on our three decades of publishing and marketing experience to make that publishing dream a reality.

I started The Cookbook Creative because I think everybody who loves food deserves a chance to professionally publish a gorgeous cookbook.

When I'm not traveling and writing, I make sensational weekend breakfasts complete with scratch-made biscuits and gravy!

I'm here to ensure Elaine has plenty of time to write and publish! That might mean anything from planning content to creating themed table decor for an event.

I love all the Asian foods - Bulgogi and sushi are always fun! And I love schnitzel recipes.

I come from a ranching family, so when I'm chilling at home, there's a very good chance there's a steak on the grill.

Elaine loves words. I love numbers. It's my job to watch the bank accounts and keep the IRS happy, and ... I'm also here for chips & queso!

When I'm not in spreadsheets, you can find me cheering on the Texas Longhorns, catching some live music, or sitting on the sidelines of my kids (many) sporting events!
